LG is working on an electronic card in the vein of Plastic and Coin. LG will unveil its “White Card” during MWC, along the hotly anticipated LG G5. G Pay will materialize into what LG is calling the White Card, a cellular credit card-sized payment tool. Yet, unlike the payment options from Apple, Google, or Samsung, LG’s entry within this area is not going to work through smartphones. In a unusual turn, LG Pay will need a unique “White Card” so that you can be properly used.
LG Pay White Card Specs details
White Card is all about the extent of a normal card and only slightly thicker. With this item, users will load all of their banking payment information up, so that it could apparently be useful for withdrawing cash from ATMs.
Tips will be basically held by the White Card from multiple real charge cards on it – so in this respect it is really not dissimilar from Google Pay, Apple Pay or Samsung Pay. While processor reader support will come in a subsequent period at start, White Card will apparently work with magnetic stripe card readers.
In term of usage, when not in use, users can merely lock LG White Card, these devices could be kept in of a wallet or handbag. Next month the payment service is defined to be formally unveiled at MWC, and for now it seems like it is just going to start in the organization ‘s native South Korea, at least.
The card itself, nevertheless, would be unlike most bank cards. There’s, for instance, a little low-power LCD screen, not that not the same as a digital clock, that shows the status. G will allegedly enable card firms to directly handle data and trades on the card, bypassing the servers of LG.
You will find just two buttons in the bottom which will allow users change between the credit cards kept inside. And there are gold pins that are allegedly used for billing possibly and the card as a bank card processor.
LG has already pre-purchased 50,000 of these cards, and it is in active conversations with one supplier for mass production of even more.

As US availability, still not known. Currently, LG seems to be targeting consumers developing card associates in particular area.
